First Lithium has an option to acquire a 100% interest in the property.

Inco Ltd. completed 9421 feet of diamond drilling in 25 holes while exploring the lithium potential of the spodumene rich pegmatite dike. In 1986, on the basis of this program, William C. Hood (P. Eng.) calculated the resource (Non NI 43-101 compliant) to be 4.8 million tons grading 1.27% Li2O over an average width of 36.2 feet. In addition, Mr. Hood estimated a probable resource to be 4.6 million tons grading 1.14% Li2O. The dike is open at depth along its entire strike length. Based on this, he concluded that an additional 10,000 foot drill program would likely double the drill indicated resource in this deposit.

An enzyme leach geological profile was completed in 2001 by Dr. Mark Fedikow on behalf of the Manitoba Government. Based on the results, Dr. Fedikow has recommended that following the planned drill program, a full spectrum assay be conducted in order to determine to what extent RARE EARTH ELEMENTS may be hosted in the pegmatite.

First Lithium has been recently granted a Mineral Exploration Licence, effectively expanding the area for exploration from 256 to 5107 hectares.

The tonnages, grades, and other technical data are taken from historical estimates prior to the implementation of NI 43-101. A qualified person as defined under NI 43-101 has not done sufficient work to classify the historical estimate as current mineral resources or mineral reserves. First Lithium Resources is not treating the historical estimates as current mineral resources or mineral reserves as defined in NI 43-101 and the historical estimate should not be relied upon.
