Drill core from VCO #15 well
First Lithium has earned a 100% interest in 77,665 acre property in east-central Alberta, and completed a NI43-101 Technical Report. In 1965, Golden reported that "The potash minerals in the VCO #15 well (located on the property) are of the same composition and depositional sequence and depth as the potash at Unity, Saskatchewan (the location of Canada's first potash mine), and it is feasibly possible that the potash in VCO #15 and Unity are one large, continuous deposit." Central Canada is the most prolifically endowed potash region in the world.

The tonnages, grades, and other technical data are taken from historical estimates prior to the implementation of NI 43-101. A qualified person as defined under NI 43-101 has not done sufficient work to classify the historical estimate as current mineral resources or mineral reserves. First Lithium Resources is not treating the historical estimates as current mineral resources or mineral reserves as defined in NI 43-101 and the historical estimate should not be relied upon.
